Community Christian School (CCS) in Pease, Minnesota, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 4th Grade Elementary Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year, beginning in August.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Teach passionately and purposefully, guiding students to grow in knowledge and faith through a biblical worldview.
• Create meaningful, interactive learning experiences that engage students and encourage curiosity.
• Develop and deliver lessons that meet academic standards while nurturing each student’s gifts and abilities.
• Foster a positive, Christ-centered classroom culture where students are encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Maintain clear communication with parents, offering support, encouragement, and updates on student progress.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and faith-building activities to continually grow as an educator and mentor.
• Manage student behavior with grace, consistency, and biblical principles in alignment with CCS’s Parent/Student Handbook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A heart for Christian education and a calling to teach in a faith-filled school environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Current teaching license.
• Experience in Teaching for Transformation (or a willingness to learn) to help students discover their role in God’s story.
• Interest in teaching language arts or math to grades 4-8 (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $34,000 – $49,000 (based on education and experience).
• Benefits: Health insurance, 403(b) employer match (3%), and additional benefits.
