Job Description
Everett Christian is (ECS) is seeking a part-time 3rd/4th grade language arts and middle school bible teacher for the upcoming 2023-2024 academic year. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a passion for: Christ|| children|| learning|| professional growth and be willing to work in a cohesive learning community. This position may be flexible regarding hours/teaching time/subjects taught depending on the final scheduling of class times for next year.
Job Requirements
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior as well as a commitment to the school’s Reformed perspective of Christian Education.
- A person who affirms Everett Christian’s Faith Statement and other position statements.
- Ability to work as a team member and relate well with students.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, employees and parents.
- Ability to build Christian community inside and outside of school.
- Demonstrate organization, flexibility, patience, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate a passion for Christian education and love of students of all ages.
- Demonstrate high standards of professional practice and understanding of teaching and learning from a Christian perspective.
