- This position requires an individual who is caring, has a love for children, and can show compassion in a busy learning environment.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment for students by following all licensing guidelines.
- Assist the lead teacher with classroom management and activities.
- Ensure the classroom is kept in a clean and safe condition.
- Encourage creative thinking and learning.
- Will provide instructional support to the lead teacher as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old and a High School graduate.
- TB Test, if offered the position.
- CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain, if offered a position.
- Complete and pass the state-required background check.
- Complete MiRegistry Health & Safety A, B & C training.
- Must have a patient and supportive approach to the learning process.
- Must be able to stand and move around for long periods of time.
