English Teacher
Teaching 9th through 12 grade students the core standards for English/Language Arts.
- A teacher and learner at heart who loves students of all ages and exudes enthusiasm for shepherding the growth of children.
- Characterize integrity and maintain
confidentiality.
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written
communication skills.
- Uses multiple strategies to deliver instruction
that meets the needs of learners.
- Demonstrate success as a teacher and hold a current
teaching license.
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with
students, parents, administrators, faculty, and staff.
- Understand, articulate, and exemplify teaching and
learning from a bible-based perspective.
- Demonstrate a calm demeanor in stressful
situations.
Maintain confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS required.
- Teacher Certification or in pursuit of receiving
preferred.
- Experience in Bible-based Education preferred.
- In agreement with the Empigo Academy (EA) Statement
of Faith.
- Active member/regular attendee of Bible-believing
church or ministry and committed to growth in his/her relationship with Jesus
Christ.
