CSI Pension Plan Delivers Value

The Trustees of the CSI Employee Benefit Plans are constantly working to provide our participants with the best value in employee benefit programs. A key to fulfilling our mission is providing schools and their staff with a valuable, effective and reliable means of planning for retirement.

Planning for retirement can be a complex and sometimes confusing issue. There are many misconceptions about the value of defined benefit (pension) versus defined contribution (401(k) and 403(b)) plans. CSI Employee Benefits has offered a pension plan to participants for over 70 years for one simple reason - outstanding value.
