Survey Results

In November, we requested your participation in our annual survey of board/employee payment of health insurance costs for employees and dependents.  We expanded the survey to examine practices regarding employee eligibility requirements, spousal eligibility and early retiree eligibility. The questionnaire was e-mailed or mailed to 261CSI member organizations.  189 responses were received.  Following are the results:
