US Insurance Plans Offer Choice

CSI is able to offer a variety of plans that provide different levels of coverage. In addition to health coverage, we offer adoption benefits, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), long-term disability (LTD), and vision coverage.

The full CSI Insurance Plan comes as a package which includes Health, Life, AD&D, and LTD. A limited Benefit Plan is also available and includes Life, AD&D, and LTD. Dental coverage for your staff may be added to either plan.  An optional vision plan is available too.
