November 30 Deadline for Submitting Claims

You have until November 30, 2009, to submit claims to be paid out of the 2008/2009 plan year balance (and incurred prior to November 15, 2009). Any funds remaining in your account after November 30 will be forfeited as Federal regulations require. Please avoid forfeitures by verifying your account balance at http://www.myrsc.com or by calling our claims administrator, Arcadia Benefits Group, at 866-329-4333.
