Your Benefit Elections

To review your current selections, click on “Current Benefits” under “View Your Insurance Data” and you will be directed to your current benefits information.

If you make no changes, you will have the same coverage as you do now unless your school has changed the plans offered. To modify your benefit elections for next year, click on “Make Elections” tab at the top of your screen. You will now have two options at the bottom of your screen under the heading “Available Events”. To begin select “Click here to make elections”. To make your elections for next year, select your desired coverage and click “Next” at the bottom of your screen to continue through all of your plan selection options.

Once you are finished making your selections you will be able to review your selections and submit them. If you wish to modify your selections click “Previous” at the bottom of the screen and return to the area you wish to modify. When you are satisfied with your selections, click “Save” at the bottom of your screen. This will submit your selections for processing.

If you are adding or removing dependents, please complete the Insurance Enrolment and Change form. This form is located on the CSI web site at http://www.CSIonline.org/benefits (or select the link under the “Additional Information” tab). Select Forms under Canada Insurance.

Please complete the above steps between June 1 and July 15, 2011.
