Offer a Choice of Plans

Schools may offer a choice of all 5 Flex Plans to staff for the greatest level of flexibility in meeting individual needs. Schools also may offer less than all 5 plans. In this case, a school may offer any combination of plans as long as Flex 4 and 5 are not offered as the only choices. For example, a school may choose to offer Flex 2 and 5.

In addition, schools can choose to offer just one plan from Flex 1, 2, and 3. In this case all employees will be covered by the same plan.
