How to Access the Online System

Visit http://www.CSIonline.org/benefits and click on the Annual Enrolment button. This will bring you to the login screen. If you have used the CSI online tool before, you already have access to this system and can login using the information you have used before. If you have forgotten your username or password or have never logged in before, click on the link “Don’t have your username or password” and enter your birthdate and e-mail address. If this information matches the data on our system, login information will be sent by e-mail. If the data does not match, a message with CSI’s phone number will appear and direct you to call for assistance.

Once you have logged in and verified your password you will be directed to the main screen. The section you will be using for selecting your insurance coverage is the third item titled “View Your Insurance Data”.
